We have been pioneers in agile methods since 2003 with Extreme Programming (XP) and since 2007 with Scrum. We created our training division in 2006 and, in 2009, when larger clients were having difficulty with the agile approach, we adopted Kanban, the Kanban Maturity Model, Flow Metrics and Fit for Purpose as our main tools for organizational transformation.
