<p>There are different methods of applying Agile, yet they all adopt the core principles of Agile philosophy.<br>This one day experience provides an the Agile philosophy introduction to this philosophy clarifying the foundation that underlies the different approaches.</p><div>Participants explore various applications of Agile such as Scrum and Kanban, as examples of how these core principles translate to real-life practices. They are also introduced to Lean principles as a guide to process management and continuous improvement. The interaction between the principles of Lean and Kanban are evident in David Anderson’s work and resulted in the re-imagined Lean Kanban method used by knowledge workers today.</div><div>The sessions offers insight into the the needed mindset to successfully apply Agile methodologies in general and Kanban in particular.
