It combines teaching, group discussions and a fully immersive simulation to illustrate how the Kanban Method helps individuals, teams, and organisations to manage and improve service delivery to their clients.</p><p>The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for successful evolutionary change.
