<p>This (2) half-day, virtual instructor led course provides an overview of Kanban for the knowledge worker and identifies the applications of Kanban</p><p>This course&nbsp;incorporates a game simulation of a Kanban system for software development and covers the application of Kanban practices and principles.&nbsp; It also includes creating a Kanban system in your current work. This course focuses on Kanban concepts rather than a particular tool (i.e. Rally or Swift Kanban).</p><p>The objectives of this course are to:</p><p>•&nbsp;Demonstrate Kanban as a visual, work in progress (WIP) management tool for individual contributors and leaders</p><p>•&nbsp;Gain hands on experience adapting and adjusting resources to meet changing priorities through a Kanban simulation</p><p>•&nbsp;Understand the value of push systems vs. pull systems to maximize organizational efficiency</p><p>•&nbsp;Understand how WIP methods translate to increased employee engagement and ownership</p><p>•&nbsp;Identify bottlenecks and swarm resources to improve delivery to the customer and reduce cycle time</p>
