Kanban System Design

<p><strong>Summary:</strong> This course option is for those who wish to complement their Kanban for Design and Innovation training with the additional coursework necessary to complete the Kanban Management Professional credential requirements.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p><ul><li style="margin-left: 1.5in;">&nbsp;Understand Kanban systems</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5in;">&nbsp;Experience flow in a Kanban simulation</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5in;">&nbsp;Learn and use STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban) to design your Kanban system.</li><li style="margin-left: 1.5in;">&nbsp; Visual board design and ticket design.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Format: </strong>This class meets online in a live broadcasting format. Students should expect to participate in various interactive activities. The course also requires the completion of reading assignments.</p>
