This course does not teach Kanban fundamentals, rather it focuses on ensuring the candidate’s effectiveness as a trainer. It is expected all students have significant Kanban experience and have attained the Kanban Management Professional credential from Kanban University.The TTT is an assessment course. It will evaluate each candidate’s ability to present the Kanban University course curriculum effectively and knowledgeably in a classroom setting. It will also assess each candidate’s working Kanban knowledge through the presentation of a case study (prepared prior to class) and through class exercises and quizzes.At the end of this course, each candidate’s performance will be assessed, approval to teach all (TKP, KSD and KSI) KU courses may be granted or only a portion of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval, and could include, co-training with an established AKT, further study, or additional meetings with your trainer. KU provides all candidates with a path to full approval. Preparation prior to the course is crucial to success.
