The training is therefore particularly suitable for those who... - want to start with Kanban and are looking for initial support; - already introduced Kanban and want to check if the implementation complies with state-of-the-art Kanban knowledge. 'Applying Kanban' means hands-on learning, and therefore you are strongly encouraged to bring your own questions and problems to the training! More than that: it is possible that you can design or improve your own kanban system in the class. 'Applying Kanban' also means agility beyond team level. You will learn how to effectly coordinate work for 5 to 500 people. Improvement is not only a team issue!
