<p>The purpose of this class is to provide Kanban trainers seeking Lean-Kanban University (LKU) accreditation an opportunity to achieve this during a one-week course. The class will thoroughly review the LKU Accredited Kanban Training curriculum, review the LKU programs, and go in-depth into advanced topics relevant to kanban training, and the challenges of teaching kanban classes. It is appropriate for people who have some experience with Kanban and who wish to teach kanban classes publicly or within an organization.<br /> <br />David J. Anderson will lead the class and will have a co-instructor. This will ensure that all students get an ample amount of guidance and instruction during the week.</p><p><a href="http://www.djaa.com/sites/default/files/trainthetrainer_FINAL20120501.pdf" style="color: #336699;font-weight: normal;text-decoration: underline;" target="_blank">Take a look at the brochure</a> for a course outline. At the conclusion of the course each student will have fulfilled the educational requirements to be a fully accredited Lean-Kanban University trainer (provisional status).</p>
