Kanban Management Professional II (KMP2)

<div>Kanban Management Professional II or KMP II class is a 2 days class for Kanban method practitioners who want to roll out and learn the application of Kanban across the organisation and at scale. This class focuses on the roll-out and daily operation of multiple kanban systems. You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organisation and how to manage and evolve inter-dependent kanban systems over time without trauma.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and the seven key feedback loops and cadences.
