You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organization and how to manage and evolve it over time without trauma. This is a certified course and attendees are expected to have read the Kanban book by David J Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows. In order to get the best from this training course and to achieve the KMP Credential, it is preferred and recommended that attendees have previously achieved a KMP I certification for Kanban Systems Design and gained at least 3 months experience with Kanban systems.
