This course does not teach Kanban fundamentals, rather it focuses on ensuring the candidate’s effectiveness as a trainer. It will also assess each candidate’s working Kanban knowledge through the presentation of a case study (prepared prior to class) and through class exercises and quizzes.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:18px;">At the end of this course, each candidate’s performance will be assessed, approval to teach all (TKP, KSD and KSI) KU courses may be granted or only a portion of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval, and could include, co-training with an established AKT, further study, or additional meetings with your trainer. KU provides all candidates with a path to full approval.&nbsp;</span></p><p>Preparation prior to the course is crucial to success.
