This course does not teach Kanban fundamentals, it is appropriate for candidates who have a strong proficiency in the Kanban Method as taught by Kanban University. It is expected all students have significant Kanban experience (generally Kanban Management Professional – KMP credential or equivalent) prior to attendance.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px 0px 1em; border: 0px; outline: 0px; background: 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline; text-size-adjust: 100%;">The TTT is an assessment course. It will measure each candidate’s ability to effectively and knowledgeably present Kanban University course materials for the TKP, KMP I and KMP II courses. It will also assess each student’s working Kanban knowledge through the presentation of a case study (prepared prior to class) and through class exercises and quizzes.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px 0px 1em; border: 0px; outline: 0px; background: 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline; text-size-adjust: 100%;">At the end of this week-long course, student performance will be assessed, approval to teach all (TKP, KMP I and KMP II) KU courses may be granted or a portion of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval, and could include, co-training with an established AKT, further study, or additional meetings with your trainer. Preparation prior to the course is crucial to success.
