Completion of the Kanban Train the Trainer course is a required step in the process of becoming an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT). The TTT course teaches candidates how to teach the Kanban University course curriculum in a classroom setting. This course does not teach you Kanban fundamentals, however. Prior to attending TTT, you should have strong proficiency in the Kanban Method as taught by KU (generally Kanban Management Professional – KMP credential or equivalent).</p><p>The TTT is an assessment course. It will measure your ability to effectively and knowledgeably present the Kanban University course curriculum and it will assess your working Kanban knowledge through the presentation of a case study (prepared prior to class) and through class exercises. At the end of this week-long course, your performance will be assessed by your trainer.&nbsp;<em>Students completing this course may be required to fulfill additional requirements before being approved to teach KU certified Kanban training classes. </em>Preparation instructions and course materials&nbsp;will be provided prior to class.</p><p>Please note that there is a class limit of 12 students.
