Kanban Management Professional (KMPII)

<p>Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) teaches attendees how to manage their existing organization in a way that balances the flow of work through disparate networked teams and functions, leveraging Kanban systems to identify constraints and make bottlenecks visible. This enables organization wide improvements to flow and holistic process improvements. Managers are able to make key staffing decisions and justify changes in organizational design.
