<p><strong>Course Overview:</strong></p><p>This interactive 2-day training&nbsp;class provides the theory and practice of Evolutionary Process Improvement to delivery systems through the successful application of Kanban. Using existing techniques, such as Agile, Kanban provides a practical introduction to progressively accelerate flow of work and operations enhancements:&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul style="margin-left:3em; margin-right:1em"><li><span style="background-color:white">Introduction of pull system to reduce and eliminate difficulties associated with push system by limiting Work in Progress (WIP)&nbsp;</span></li><li>Visualisation of work for transparency and identification of bottlenecks</li><li>Techniques for defining policies to foster team collaboration and self-organisation&nbsp;</li><li>Shaping demands to balance with the team capability&nbsp;</li><li>Managing project risk with capacity allocation&nbsp;</li><li>Reducing cycle time and multi-tasking&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Participants:</strong></p><p>Participants will learn how to design a Kanban system and initiate change with Kanban according to their unique needs. They will learn the basic concepts of work flow, pull and collaborative improvement.
