The Kanban Systems Design course aims to not only introduce the Kanban Method for managing workflow, but also to apply the STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban) approach to integrating Kanban into your present services. Learn the required upkeep of a Kanban system to support more efficient and higher quality in delivery of those services.
