<p> </p><h2><em>What is the best way to manage my Kanban system on a day to day basis?</em></h2><h2><em>How do I continue to improve my services and flow to customers even more?</em></h2><p> </p><p>This Kanban Management Professional class focuses on the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system and builds on what you learned in <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Kanban System Design (KMP I)</span>. You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organization and how to manage and evolve those changes over time and without trauma. You will learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and cadences. The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, flow optimization and setting policy. Anderson, pioneer of the Kanban Method, and author of the definitive book, <em>Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for your Technology Business</em>.</p><h3> </h3><h3>Venue</h3><p>The class will be held at the <a data-mce-="" href="https://princeton.place.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html" target="_blank">Hyatt Place Princeton</a> which is conveniently located next to the <a data-mce-="" href="https://www.marketfairmall.com" target="_blank">Marketfair</a> shopping mall and is just 1.5 miles from campus and historic downtown Princeton featuring museums, theatres, shopping and fine dining. Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from campus, downtown, Princeton Junction train station, and all destinations within a five mile radius. </p><p> </p><h3>Course Fees </h3><ul><li>2-day Kanban Cadences and Flow Improvement (KMP II) - $1250 - $1450.</li></ul><h3> </h3><p><strong>Note</strong>: Class Size is limited to a maximum of 20 students and filled based on a first come, first served basis. Attendees will receive the following recognition:</p><ul><li>Digital KMP status certificate attached to Lean Kanban University website profile</li><li>KMP badge on the LKU website</li><li>KMP badge file for use in professional websites, business cards and other locations</li><li>Eligibility for special invitations, discounts, and content only available to LKU members</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Policies</h3><ul><li>Substitutes for registered attendees will be accepted at any time up until the day of class.</li><li>All cancellation or substitution notices must be received by email. Refunds for cancellations will be issued according to the following email receipt schedule:</li><li>More than 15 days prior = 80% of course fee</li><li>5 to 15 days prior = 50% of course fee</li><li>Less than 5 days = no refund provided</li></ul><p><strong><em>PLEASE NOTE:</em></strong> AgileDance, Inc. reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient (less than 5) registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness or an unforeseen emergency.
