<p><strong><u>About the Course</u></strong></p><p>Kanban Systems Design [KMP1] lays the foundations of the Lean Kanban method - the principles, practices, and processes. &nbsp;The Lean Kanban University certify this 2-day course, which has been created by Lean Kanban experts and leaders including David J. Anderson and Mike Burrows. The course is taught by&nbsp;James Enock&nbsp;an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) with 15 years of experience coaching teams and managers in the private and public sector.</p><p>The Kanban System Design workshop is aimed at anyone in development/delivery of products or services where faster time to market and effective ways of working that ensure reliable and predictable service delivery with quality are key differentiators.</p><p>This 2-day highly interactive workshop demonstrates how Lean Kanban helps teams, leaders and managers deliver quality services, faster, reliably, and with more predictability.</p><p>It will guide you through the fundamentals of Lean Kanban and how you can apply Lean Kanban Method within your organisation to visualise your demand, your workflow, and your flow efficiency.
