Resumo do Treinamento</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem;">O treinamento KSD (<em style="box-sizing: border-box;">Kanban System Design</em>) é um treinamento oficial da&nbsp;<em style="box-sizing: border-box;">Kanban University</em>&nbsp;– a mais importante e respeitada instituição do método Kanban do mundo.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem;">Durante o curso será ensinado como projetar um sistema Kanban (ou melhorar um sistema já existente) para um fluxo ideal, e entregar mais rapidamente, melhorando a gestão de riscos e governança de forma teórica e prática, utilizando simulações e exercícios.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem;">É indicado para gerentes e membros de equipe que desejam iniciar uma iniciativa Kanban ou evoluir o seu sistema Kanban atual.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem;">Espera-se que os participantes tenham lido “<em style="box-sizing: border-box;">Kanban</em>” de David J Anderson ou “<em style="box-sizing: border-box;">Kanban from the Inside</em>” de Mike Burrows, ou ter participado do treinamento TKP (<em style="box-sizing: border-box;">Team Kanban Practitioner</em>).</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 1rem;">Após o treinamento, você receberá o certificado de conclusão emitido pela Kanban University e uma cópia digital (original) do livro “Kanban: Mudança Evolucionária de Sucesso para Seu Negócio de Tecnologia” de David J.
