Elle utilise des concepts du Lean comme le fait de limiter le travail en cours pour améliorer les résultats.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;">Un système Kanban est donc un moyen de limiter le travail en cours et de signaler la capacité d’amorcer de nouvelles tâches.
