Kanban System Improvement

<p>You previously learned the basics of Kanban and how to design a single system in the Kanban System Design (KSD) course. The next step on your journey is to learn how to scale out to multiple connected systems. In Kanban Systems Improvement, you will learn how to manage and optimize those systems using metrics and evolutionary change.</p><p><br>This is the second 2-day part of the 4-day Kanban University KMP credential training. You will receive a certificate of completion for this KSI course. You need to complete the first 2-day Kanban System Design (KSD) course to receive the KMP Credential.<br><br>The training is on July 24 &amp; 25th.
