In this class, we will cover simple concepts that are powerful in helping you organize, understand and manage your work.</p><p>You will learn by understanding its principles and how to put them into practice to address common issues faced by organizations. This includes delays, disruptions caused by unplanned activities, slowness to react, overburden, and poor quality. It covers how Kanban fits in different contexts, such as product development and service delivery. You will learn why workflow slows down or stops, and how to deal with overburden, bottlenecks and queues.</p><p>You will learn how to design a Kanban system and initiate evolutionary change with Kanban. You will learn the basic concepts of flow, pull, and collaborative improvement. You will also learn how to become faster and more responsive through better risk management and governance.
