<p>The Kanban Method is a management method to improve service delivery, catalyze improvements and evolve a business to be “fit for purpose”. In this class, we learn concepts that are ‘simple yet powerful’ in helping you understand, organize, and manage your work. It will help you understand how Kanban fits within the agile context and reveal how it can harmonize your current ways of working – whether you work in an agile environment or not.</p><p>This certified Kanban training is designed as a hands-on workshop that uses a flow simulation game and team activities alongside instructor-led presentation and discussions.
