This class is the first step toward Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credentials. It is accredited by Lean Kanban University, and is designed for managers, developers, and anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the Kanban Method. The class includes the use of a Kanban simulation as well as exercises to design an actual Kanban system.
