You apply this approach to model and understand the business environment. The STATIK method focuses on collaborative workshops for practical analysis and creating Kanban systems. It also places much value on boards.</p><p>One-day interactive course with Experts</p><p>Learn the key concepts of the Kanban Method</p><p>Presentations with hands-on exercises</p><p>Gain a comprehensive understanding of applying each STATIK step</p><p>Two additional discussion points on “Cadences” and “Explicit policies”</p><p>Recognized certification from Kanban University.</p><p class="pf0">During this one-day interactive course, you will learn about the Kanban Method, its principles and practices, and how to improve your Kanban proficiency. The fundamentals of visualizing various types of work and the associated risks, how to design and implement a Team Kanban board and how to proceed to the next level with Kanban.</p><p class="pf0">Learning Objectives:</p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Explain STATIK, its purpose, and benefits.</span></p><p class="pf0"><span class="cf0">Per stage: I understand the purpose of the STATIK steps covered in this section.
