You will learn the basics of visualizing different types of work and associated risks. You will learn how to design and implement a Team Kanban board. You will also learn how to proceed to the next level with Kanban.</p><p><strong>Learning Objectives:</strong></p><p>LO 1.1. Explain STATIK, its purpose, and benefits.</p><p>LO 1.2. Per stage: I understand the purpose of the STATIK steps covered in this section. I can perform the STATIK steps in my context.</p><p>LO 1.3. Discover classes of service with their corresponding policies for their own Kanban systems.</p><p>LO 1.4. Explain what type of information needs to go on a ticket, and why.</p><p>LO 1.5. Design tickets suitable for the Kanban system which helps workers involved in making good pull decisions.</p><p>LO 1.6. Name a typical pattern for modelling specific cases like non-sequential work, different types of work, blockers, etc.</p><p>LO 1.7. Apply suitable patterns to design a Kanban board that closely models the workflow, item types, and other elements at hand.</p><p>LO 1.8. Construct the Kanban system based on information attained during the workshop.</p><p>LO 1.9. Address and solve sources of dissatisfaction with the Kanban System design.
