The SBK TTT will address common Kanban misconceptions early and clarify the “facts vs. myths” of Kanban. Your future SBK students depend on your Kanban knowledge being both accurate and aligned with Kanban University teachings.</div><div style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>Day 2 – SBK Mastery &amp; Assessment</strong></div><div>Will focus on the SBK course itself - course profile, content walkthrough, hard questions, teaching practices, and final assessment. You’ll have multiple practice sessions. Your trainers are looking to see how you communicate key Kanban concepts.
