In this class, we will cover simple concepts that are powerful in helping you organize, understand and manage your work. You will learn its principles and how to put them into practice by visualizing your work and maximizing flow. You will also learn how to address common issues faced by many teams and why workflow slows down or stops, and how to deal with overburden, bottlenecks and queues.
